Steenbok

We never really saw the steenbok before the cheetahs caught it. So we were on the lookout for them from then on.

Max and I once saw a small animal with big ears disappear behind a bush. With just a quick glimpse, I thought it was a jackrabbit.

Eventually, we found this little guy. He was standing at first sight, but quickly lay down. I suspect he was hiding from us.

Having seen this one, we concluded that the previous jackrabbit was actually another steenbok. For antelope, they are really small!
