One afternoon, Justice took us out on the Chobe River on a pontoon boat. Where we were, the other side of the river was Namibia.
We saw all kinds of wildlife from the boat: crocodiles and hippos in the water and at its edge, impalas and kudu drinking from the shore, lots of birds of different kinds. Most impressive were a family of elephants swimming across the river.
This is a monitor lizard. It's bigger than it looks in the photo, about 5 feet long with half of it tail.
